A five-minute pitch meeting is plenty of time to impress an executive as long as you don't pitch for the full five minutes. In 90 Pages/90 Seconds, the founding team behind the Great American Screenwriting Conference & PitchFest will discuss how to maximize your time to deliver an effective and efficient pitch.

Currently in his 11th year as Executive Director of the Great American Screenwriting Conference & PitchFest (GAPF), Bob Schultz has helped develop a community of screenwriters and make the GAPF the #1 rated pitchfest and screenwriting conference in the world (Script Magazine).

In 2012, The Great American PitchFest crossed the Atlantic to christen The Great British PitchFest, joining the Great Canadian PitchFest on the international scene. Bob and GAPF founder/screenwriter Signe Olynyk have grown their event – the only one of its kind created by screenwriters for screenwriters – to reflect the international marketplace for screenplays and independent film.

Bob produced the thriller BELOW ZERO, starring Edward Furlong and Michael Berryman, which has won 16 awards and been in more than 30 festivals worldwide. BELOW ZERO is currently in worldwide distribution. Bob and Signe are currently in post on the zombie thriller BREAKDOWN LANE (written and directed by Bob). Bob's latest project is BloodMania, featuring horror legend Herschell Gordon Lewis, through Diabolique Films.

Signe Olynyk is a Writer / Producer and the founder of the Great American Screenwriting Conference & PitchFest (GAPF), held annually in Los Angeles, CA and the Great British PitchFest, held in partnership with the London Screenwriters’ Festival in the UK.  Her work has been seen on the CBC, Discovery Channel, FOX, the BBC, and she has professional credits on more than 120 productions.

Signe recently wrote and produced feature film Below Zero in Canada, starring Edward Furlong (Terminator II, American History X, The Green Hornet), Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes, Scooby Doo, Weird Science, The Devil’s Rejects), and Kristin Booth (Young People F*cking, The Kennedys, Crackie).

Signe is a champion at overcoming writer’s block, having once tied herself to a chair to meet a deadline. To complete the script for Below Zero, she locked herself in the freezer of an abandoned slaughterhouse. You can check out her movie at
