"As a professional writer, I've spent time staring a a blank page struggling with the things that grip all of us: writer's block, pace, dialogue, characters that won't behave... In order to survive these constant ordeals, I developed the HartChart set of tools to help me. As I've shared them in workshops and classrooms around the world, I have discovered they are helpful for other writers ready to get to the heart of their stories. It's a genuine treat to share the chart and toolkit now in digital form. I guarantee, when you use these story mapping tools, you will never face a blank page again." --James V. Hart
The Martian by Drew Goddard will be analyzed and discussed by Hart and the screenplay used to introduce and demonstrate the story mapping tools of THE HARTCHART app.
