Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?
To reset your password please go to the login page http://www.networkisa.org/login.php and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" button found under the login area. A new password will be sent to that email address, and you can then change it when you are logged in. If you do not see the email please also check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may end up in there if we are not a part of your address book.
If you still do not receive the email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reset your password.
Q: I have my password, but I am unable to log in.
Q: I received an email notification from the ISA that someone is interested in reading my work. What do I do?

You must be logged into your account to access it. You will be taken to the MY SUBMISSION LOG. You will then see the screenplay that has been requested highlighted in a red bar. Click on the red bar to open the screenplay and view exactly what material is being requested.
When an Industry Professional requests more information about your Writing Gig submission, please click the R. This will send a notification indicating access is granted (AG). If there has not been a request you will see this: N/A. To add a screenplay to your profile, click the add if it's listed there. To add a note for your internal records, click add under the NOTE column (no one else will see this note). You can deny the request by checking the DENY column.

Q: I didn't receive the confirmation email that I submitted to a Writing Gig. How can I confirm it was received?
Q: I can't upload my screenplay.
Q: I've uploaded multiple screenplays into my profile, but I only see one of my screenplays listed. Where are the others?
1. After browsing for your screenplay please be sure to press the Upload button to complete the upload.
2. Make sure that each screenplay has been uploaded onto its OWN Screenplay page, so not all three screenplays are uploaded onto one page (the extra upload space is only to upload another version of the same screenplay i.e. With contact information / one without contact information.)
3. Please be sure that each screenplay has a DOCUMENT LABEL. You will find this just above the field where you upload your screenplay. Having the document label there will allow you to see each screenplay title in the drop down menu. You can manually enter it or re-upload your screenplay to automatically generate the label. Please make sure there are no special characters in the document label.
4. Always click SAVE when you have completed any tasks.
