Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?

To reset your password please go to the login page http://www.networkisa.org/login.php and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" button found under the login area. A new password will be sent to that email address, and you can then change it when you are logged in. If you do not see the email please also check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may end up in there if we are not a part of your address book.

If you still do not receive the email, please contact us at support@networkisa.org and we will reset your password.

Q: I have my password, but I am unable to log in.

Please clear your cache, cookies, history and stored passwords, and try to log in again. To optimize your ISA experience, please use Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Q: I received an email notification from the ISA that someone is interested in reading my work. What do I do?

Please click the link in the email that you received (i.e: (Link) Registration Details...) Then log into your ISA account and provide additional access.

If you no longer have the email, this is the link: https://www.networkisa.org/my-account/submissions.php

You must be logged into your account to access it. You will be taken to the MY SUBMISSION LOG. You will then see the screenplay that has been requested highlighted in a red bar. Click on the red bar to open the screenplay and view exactly what material is being requested.

When an Industry Professional requests more information about your Writing Gig submission, please click the R. This will send a notification indicating access is granted (AG). If there has not been a request you will see this: N/A. To add a screenplay to your profile, click the add if it's listed there. To add a note for your internal records, click add under the NOTE column (no one else will see this note). You can deny the request by checking the DENY column.

Q: I signed up for a free teleconference but missed it. How can I listen to it?

All past teleconferences can be found at http://www.networkisa.org/links.php?id=10. They typically are posted within a week of the recording.

Q: How do I know someone won't steal my idea if I put it online?

We understand your concern. It is a risk you choose to take when you submit your script anywhere to producers, big or small. We highly suggest registering your script with the Writers Guild, copyright or other similar services in your country or country you wish to submit your work to.

Q: What is the difference between private and connect private?

ISA Private means no one on the site will have access to your material unless they request it and you approve the request. If your screenplay is on ISA Private, your screenplays, loglines and synopses will not be shown. CONNECT private means that, though your profile and loglines are open to be viewed by approved industry only, they will not have access to your synopsis or screenplay unless you so choose. They must press the request button, and you can choose to authorize them to view your work.

Q: Why haven't there been many new Writing Gigs in the last few days?

ISA strives to bring you the best Writing Gigs available but does not guarantee the quantity of Writing Gigs offered in any given time frame.

Q: How can I cancel my CONNECT membership?

Please email support@networkisa.org at least 5 days before your membership is scheduled to rebill. We will cancel your CONNECT membership for you, effective that month.

Q: How do I Unsubscribe from Writing Gig notifications?

After logging in, go to MY ACCOUNT, then MY NOTIFICATIONS, and select the option for Writing Gig notifications that best suits your needs.

Q: How do I Unsubscribe from the newsletter and other eblasts?

If you wish to unsubscribe from newsletters and other notifications, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or notification that was sent to you.

Q: I didn't receive the confirmation email that I submitted to a Writing Gig. How can I confirm it was received?

Please log into your account and go to MY SUBMISSION LOG. There you will see your submissions to Writing Gigs as well as any Access Requests you have received from Industry Professionals.

Q: I can't upload my screenplay.

Please be sure to press the Upload button after browsing for your screenplay. If you have done this and the document still does not appear, please clear your cache, cookies, history and saved passwords and try again. If the problem continues, try switching browsers. To optimize your ISA experience, please use Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Q: I've uploaded multiple screenplays into my profile, but I only see one of my screenplays listed. Where are the others?

There are a couple different issues that may be happening:

1. After browsing for your screenplay please be sure to press the Upload button to complete the upload.

2. Make sure that each screenplay has been uploaded onto its OWN Screenplay page, so not all three screenplays are uploaded onto one page (the extra upload space is only to upload another version of the same screenplay i.e. With contact information / one without contact information.)

3. Please be sure that each screenplay has a DOCUMENT LABEL. You will find this just above the field where you upload your screenplay. Having the document label there will allow you to see each screenplay title in the drop down menu. You can manually enter it or re-upload your screenplay to automatically generate the label. Please make sure there are no special characters in the document label.

4. Always click SAVE when you have completed any tasks.

Q: I am an ISA CONNECT member, yet why do I still see the "Connect Member Access Only" signs on some of the Writing Gigs and resources pages?

These signs are not taken away when you become an ISA CONNECT member. As a CONNECT member, you do have access to them. You can click the post or company resource, and you will be taken to the information page you seek.
