I am a native from Latin America. I earned a BFA in Motion Pictures with minor in Screenwriting from Charles Chaplin Communications Institute in Lima, Peru. I have also earned a MFA in Motion Pictures with minor in Screenwriting frrom the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
I stay away from literal translation since targeted audiences differ by culture. I am knowledgeable in Latin American literature and history and I focus on the audience when a translation is requested, but staying true to the story presented. I also provide research assistance for Latin American history and geography.

Spanish and English screenplay translation is not a literal transaltion, but a translation based on a targeted audience, maintaing the integrity of the story, but molding it to fit the specific language.
