Dear Filmmakers,
My name is Alexander Meilan. I've been a finalist in several screenwriting competitions, been optioned, and I am currently represented in Los Angeles. My main focus since the start of 2018 has been in animation and science-fiction. However, I can write in any genre. Every year, I attend film markets such as American Film Market. I created a franchise titled "Pixel Verse Stories" and the goal is to compete with Pixar (yes, it is an ambitious goal). Two out of the seven feature films are written, including the pilot for my series Drover R. All my work is highly commercial and mainstream.
If you would like my information and would like to contact/work with me, my manager's information, including mine is on my IMDB.
Between August 10 to 15, I'll be LISTING three science-fiction features that I am currently working on, which are:
i. Harriet and Her Red Apple Road (Big Fish meets The Wizard of Oz)
ii. Final Contact (Signs meets The Signal)
iii. A Siren's Whisper (in the veins of Gravity)
--REVIEWS--
Hiroshima Skies on the The Black List (BLCKLST, 2017), Score 8 out of 10
"Setting a ghost story in Japan just before the drop of the atomic bomb is a bold and attention-grabbing high concept, and it could get "Hiroshima Skies" some attention. There is enough visceral horror here to fulfill the genre, and some of the characters are affecting enough to keep an audience engaged."
Thanks for checking out my profile, fellow humans! Feel free to contact me anytime! :)
