Andrew Boateng is a writer based in the Midlands. Holding two Masters degrees, including one in TV Fiction Writing which was received through the Warner Media Scholarship. He also contributed as a junior writer in the writers room of Riviera, and worked on a shadow script for the planned fourth series.
In 2020, Andrew won the New Voice Awards at the Edinburgh TV Festival for his pilot "Those Good Fellas," which garnered attention in the US. His work has been featured on shows like Big Zuu Big Eats as part of a special program alongside ITV’s Director of Creative Diversity Ade Rawcliffe.
Most recently, he served as a co-writer for the film "Tribal Mark," directed by Skepta.
