Carline Francois lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She has grown up in South Florida.  Her writing has stemmed from the ordinary to story telling to the creative works of screenwriting.  Growing up she was an avid reader of different types of stories, that allowed her to escape from her own world to another world in between the pages of the stories she read.  Her other avid past times were watching movies on the good old fashion television set.  Carline like watching movies since her youth from James Bond films & Bourne films; to zanny comedies like The Odd Couple or Three's Company, Sister Sister, Goodtimes, All In the Family, Jeffersons, Modern Family, Seinfeld; to drama like the Burning Bed to Exposed, Gone Girl, Girl On the Train, Ghost; light every romantic comedies like The Wedding Planner, or Maid in Manhattan to faith films depicting the Life of Christ or biblical films like The Ten Commandments and still further to action films like Speed, Raiders of the Lost Ark series, Constantine; to scifi Matrix, Star Wars series, Star Trek series-TV/Motion Picture, Deep Space Nine... The most intriguing part of it all was being able to see how the movies and films were put together.  It was just fascinating. Once she found out that these films stem from the creative writing of screenplays, it was an opportunity to write stories in this form as well.  Storytelling is a craft for the writter or author to find new ways to express them.  Whether the audience is a reader or movie-goer, it is still sharing it with the people around us.  This is the reason Carline enjoys writing itself and then writing in different forms to reach the reader. Screenwriting is a new and favorable way of storytelling that gives a tangible visualization to the story.
