Don Fiebiger’s first produced feature, the thriller Border Run, stars Sharon Stone and Billy Zane. Previously, he worked as a Reader for a major television production company and as a scheduling coordinator for a local television station before landing at an independent video production house. Moving on to Random Entertainment, he created and produced the pilot for Kids in Harmony. At the 12th Annual International Family Film Festival in Hollywood, Don’s screenplay, The Crystal Guitar, was a jury selection and the SciFi/Adventure runner-up while Kickin' Chickens, co-written with Dave Nordstrom, was a top 5 semifinalist in the comedy category.
Comfortable in all genres, Don is a creative and imaginative screenwriter who is driven by a desire to produce works that are commercially successful as well as artistically satisfying. Often influenced by his youth, his screenplays range from family fare to horror, from drama to comedy. Always mindful of the numerous avenues of revenue beyond theatrical and home video sales, one of Don’s greatest assets is his ability to identify and create commercial projects that have mass appeal and include elements for exploitation in the lucrative ancillary markets.
