 Glenn Pulliam gained his film degree through Georgia State University. After graduation, he married his writing partner Shay. They wanted to increase their film-making knowledge by gaining degrees in Special Makeup and Practical Effects. After graduating, the couple put that knowledge to practical use by working on many Oscar nominated films and Emmy award winning TV shows. They have continued to write and direct, which includes two award winning short films. They have completed several feature-length scripts and have over fifty stories in the Auster Valley Universe.
