Jacqueline found comfort/healing in the NY & LA theater community as a performer and writer; garnering OVATIONS, LAWEEKLY and CRITIC CIRCLE AWARDS for collaborations like CLYT AT HOME and ELEKTRA LALA with Ghost Road, and PATRON SAINT OF SEA MONSTERS at Playwright Horizons. As a solo writer Jax is known for their vulnerable & divisive play, EAT ME, their dream play LOVE WATER, Dorian Gray deconstruction/re-imagining, DRIVING WILD, & current deconstructionist explorations; SPIDER BITES & THE GIANT PLAY.
