Jeremy Leder is a writer from New York who began performing stand-up comedy at 16, before realizing it is much less painful trying to make people laugh when you aren’t standing right in front of them.
That led him to study screenwriting at Emerson College, where he honed his craft, blending humor and pathos in stories that tend to make you laugh and then, not long after, cry.
Jeremy currently works as a Creative Director at New York boutique ad agency Anchor Worldwide where he’s written/directed/created for BMW, The Montreal Canadiens, KFC, ESPN, Sam Adams, and Spotify, primarily in the social media space.
His feature spec DEDICATED TO MORRIS BURKE is currently in development at Big Swell Entertainment and Entertainment 360 and his feature spec BRIDGEHAMPTON ended up on the 2024 Black List.
