Marquita is a veteran actor with a long history in front of the camera. WIth guest star and recurring roles on shows that include THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR, SPIN, CITY, THE SHIELD, and GENERAL HOSPITAL, Marquita spent several seasons playing the characters of "Winnie" and "Lisa" on classic teen sitcoms, USA HIGH and MALIBU CA. After a hiatus to marry and have two beautiful children, Marquita returned on the scene nabbing a recurring role right away on COMMON LAW for USA Network.  She then put her college degree and decades of experience to use writing, producing, and starring in "WIP" aka "Work in Progress", a female-driven comedic web series about four women in different stages doing their best to navigate life and starting a business in Los Angeles. She happily resides in Southern California.
