Biography

Phil Parker is an American/Aussie screenwriter based in Oregon who loves adventure stories. His screenwriting assignments include CATSAWAY (bought by Image Nation Abu Dhabi); FORTE (earned a six-figure investment based on his first draft); FLY GIRLS (BAFTA-winning producer attached); and KINDRED (multiple shopping agreements signed). Phil also wrote WWII spec script, THE THIRD BOMB, which has been optioned twice, reached the semi-finals of the Nicholl's, and the finals of 12 other competitions.

Before becoming a screenwriter, Phil was a TV promo writer/ editor/ producer at the BBC in Australia. While there, he won a PromaxBDA Global Excellence Award for his work, beating out competition worldwide. Phil is an MA graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
