Sarah Granger draws from her background in STEM to craft grounded, authentic dramas and sci-fi. Her pilot, WHITE HAT, was selected for the 2023 Athena Writers Lab and earned Sarah the inaugural Loreen Arbus Fellowship award for writers with disabilities. She is an SFFILM Rainin Grant Winner, a 2023 Filmhouse resident, and an alumna of the Stowe Story Lab. Her scripts have been recognized by Austin Film Festival, Big Break, PAGE, American Zoetrope, and more. She is the author of The Digital Mystique and her articles have been published in LA Weekly, SFGate, Inverse, and Harvard Business Review. She studied computer science, playwriting and screenwriting at the University of Michigan. She lives in Los Angeles.
