Shaun McLaughlin is a Story Executive with the ISA. A producer/writer he has directed his first live-action film after a career in animation and theatre. His production sensibilities and creative savvy has contributed to the production, writing, and development of some of entertainment’s most treasured properties. He has produced and contributed to several high-profile projects, including Pinky and the Brain (Emmy-award winner), A nimaniacs (Emmy-award winner), Batman Beyond (Emmy-award winner), Static Shock (Humanitas Award), and the two-time Emmy Award-nominated The New Batman/Superman Adventures as well as Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. He laft Warner Bros. to produce the feature film Gene -Fusion.
All in all, he has worked on over 400 episodes of television and four feature films. He has also written live-action scripts for some very familiar names and has 2 of his plays produced. He is currently prepping The Last Night of the TwiKnight for festivals. He holds an MFA in writing from the University of British Columbia and taught in the SUNY system fo ten years.
