Biography

I began scriptwriting in December 2021 with work on a four-part television period, crime drama based on the true story of Burke and Hare. This was a project that has taken over two years to research and write which has resulted in a collection of awards and positive reviews.

My second script, Inside Reach, is a psychological, suspense drama feature, running at ninety minutes and is very much a character-driven screenplay set in contemporary times.

A third project, Greatrex, is a fantastic period crime drama that follows the story of John Greatrex over three continents as he hatches a plan to forge bank notes during the advent of photography.

My genre preferences are aligned to crime and/or drama set in either the past or present with strong characters with a moral or philosophical theme ingrained in the story.
