I am the contest administrator for the ISA, where I train and oversee over twenty readers, I provide reads for Sugar 23, specifically focusing on reviewing books for adaptations, and my own clients have topped contests, the Red List, and have projects in development. I am intimately familiar with what wins in a contest, but I prefer to write more development-ready works instead.
