Matt Milne is a British screenwriter residing in a charming village you've likely never heard of, but might catch a glimpse of behind Cameron Diaz in "The Holiday." With a degree in Screenwriting, Matt has written for both live-action and animated television shows in the UK and Canada.
After completing his education, Matt embarked on the time-honoured Hollywood career path by working in the retail industry for 20 years. However, when the pandemic intervened and left him redundant, Matt seized the opportunity to return to his true passion - writing. Known for his unique blend of comedy and drama, Matt currently works as a Screenwriting Analyst, leveraging his extensive experience and keen eye for storytelling to help others refine their scripts. Meg Swertlow is a Los Angeles-born and raised screenwriter/director on a mission to tell female-driven genre stories. In the past four years, Meg has directed nine short films, seven of which she wrote, which have played in over 50 film festivals, including Austin Film Festival, Holly Shorts and Fantastic Fest. She has participated in the Blumhouse/K Period Media Inaugural Screenwriting Lab, Hedgebrook Screenwriters' Lab and the Ryan Murphy Half Initiative Director program. Her horror screenplay, No Overnight Parking, won the ISA's Shoot Your Short Grand Prize and was turned into a proof of concept, starring Alyssa Milano and French Stewart, and streamed on Shudder.
Carl Rousseau Gilliard is the President/CEO of the Gilliard Media Group, LLC (GMG), based in Atlanta, Georgia. GMG provides consulting, casting, media content creation, publishing, coaching and entertainment production services. His wife, Latonya Gilliard, serves as Vice President of Operations. Carl is also the Co-Creator of the Bill Duke Media Foundation's Youth Media Camp, a non-profit organization with a distinct emphasis on offering new media arts and financial literacy to inner-city youth, ages 15 thru 18, in South Los Angeles, California. Carl is a graduate of Michigan State University, and a native of Detroit, Michigan, by way of Chicago, Illinois. Moving to California, he dove into acting and landed many television and film roles, which facilitated his masterful skills in networking and forming relationships that catapulted him into becoming extremely well-respected in the industry. Carl has numerous film credits, including Inception (Warner Bros), Red Eye (DreamWorks), Coach Carter (Paramount), the UPCOMING NAKED GUN remake, “The Law Of Toughness” (Paramount) and the independent drama “Keyz”. His many television credits, include: “Shameless”, “Greys Anatomy”, Amazon’s “The Last Tycoon”, “Bigger” “FBI: Most Wanted”. Mr Gilliard is presently recurring on the hit action/drama, “The Family Business”, now streaming on NETFLIX & BET+. Sammie Wayne, IV is an actor, director, acting coach, and lighting designer. He has won several theater awards for acting and lighting design. The Devil Ain’t Pius and Dreams on Fire are movies that Sammie starred in and is currently being shown at several film festivals nationwide. Sammie is director of a brand-new musical called, TAP-IN. In addition, to he works with several universities and their med-schools as a Coaching Standardized Patient.

Leith Burke has performed both on and off Broadway and has regional credits across the country including The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis and multiple seasons with the Oregon Shakespeare Center. Here in LA he's been seen at the Pasadena Playhouse, The Fountain, A Noise Within and the Matrix among others. Film credits include Suburbicon directed by George Clooney; President Obama in The 11th Green; Bloodline; and The Tiger Hunter. TV credits include: American Horror Stories; Quantum Leap; Bosch; You; Greys Anatomy; NCIS; East Siders (Emmy nom); Hawaii Five-O; All the Law and Orders; Cherish the Day; The Haves and the Have Nots; and the voice of Mr. Swoopington on Eva The Owlet.
Milo Champion Burke is a young performer born and raised in Los Angeles. Credits include Superstore; the short film Wig Shop with Emily Watson; and numerous national commercials. When not in the water you can find him either on the soccer pitch or the basketball court.
Tom Jenkins: Between the pandemic and the recent strike, Tom was fortunate to win a supporting role in Christopher Nolan's multiple Oscar winning epic Oppenheimer, which also received the best ensemble cast Critic's Choice award, and the coveted SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an ensemble motion picture cast. He has also guest starred in the top rated Yellowstone with Oscar winning director/ actor Kevin Costner and Wes Bentley. When he's not acting, Tom is fully invested as a head mentor volunteer in the non-profit YoungStorytellers, teaching fifth graders in L.A. county schools to write original stories and screenplays in the 'Script to Stage' program, co- sponsored by Disney, HBO and Paramount and major talent agencies. Tom also wants to give a shout out to director/writer Ria Pavia for the introduction to this wonderful group of storytellers.
Mathias Blake (they/he): Transplanted from Chicago and theatre graduate from the University of Iowa, Mathias has a passion for new/ devised work and voiceover. Some of their favorite roles include Dakin in The History Boys, Julius Caesar, and various roles in ArtsUP! LA's recent premier of Across Time: Love & Humanity During War. When not performing (or rock climbing), they can be found stage managing, producing, & directing film, including their new short film, The Second First Kiss, and improvised web series, Life of Harold.
Maggie Dewan-Smith: Since retiring from Nursing, Maggie has relished her return to acting. Currently studies with Richard Gilbert-Hill, Helen Hunt, Allan Miller and Richard Fancy. She is a Second City Conservatory graduate. Maggie remains a currently licensed RN and Nurse Practitioner (NP), though retired from UCLA where she was a Clinical Nurse, NP, Lecturer, and Assistant Clinical Professor. She is a Lieutenant Colonel (retired) in the USAF Reserve who served as a Flight Nurse in Aeromedical Evacuation x 16yrs and was activated for Desert Storm. Later becoming an Admin Nurse in the Air Force Surgeon General’s office in Washington DC. Maggie serves as a member of the SAG-AFTRA Military Committee and a Continuing Medical Education (CME) consultant for the California Heart Foundation.
Gilli Messer is a filmmaker whose multicultural upbringing, affinity for languages, and love of storytelling and consuming led her to study Anthropology at Barnard College, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa (Latin and Greek for “nerdy”). As an actress, Gilli recurs on the hit Ryan Murphy show 9-1-1, where she does her best to save lives while looking cute. Some of her other network television credits include roles on SWAT, American Housewife, Good Trouble, and Jessie. You may recognize her voice from the dozens of series and films she's dubbed into English -- maybe even your favorite anime! -- or the many incredible audiobooks she's had the honor of narrating for Penguin Random House and Simon & Schuster. Chris Paul Davis lived in Salt Lake City before coming to Los Angeles in 1987. He performed in various community theater productions. The most notable, Westside Story. Upon arriving in Los Angeles he began studying with Lilyan Chauvin. He has also studied with Richard Brander and Sam Christensen. He met the talented Meg Swertlow as a member of a writing group. Meg cast him in her film Parents as Uncle Carl. Chris is best known for recurring roles in Beauty and the Beast, Who’s the Boss, Aquarius, and Criminal Minds.
