Audrey Knox is a writer, script consultant, and the founder of Screenwriter Brunch Club, a class + community that connects people who are becoming professional screenwriters. She is a former literary manager at Cartel Entertainment. During her ten years working in representation, her clients staffed on shows including Sweet Magnolias, Ginny & Georgia, P-Valley, grown-ish, Single Drunk Female, Reasonable Doubt, and The Upshaws. Her client Russell Hainline wrote Hot Frosty, which was Netflix’s #1 movie for 7 days and spent 3 weeks in its Top 10. Her client Alanna Francis’ feature Alice, Darling, starring Anna Kendrick, was released theatrically by Lionsgate to critical acclaim in 2022.

Her client Anna Thorup is writing her second pilot for ABC Comedy, and her client Lance Holloway is developing a pilot with Lionsgate and Snoop Dogg. Other clients wrote for Disney, DreamWorks, Sony, Wayfarer, Marvel, Mattel, Hallmark, Lifetime, Tubi, and Mar Vista.

Audrey started as Receptionist at Cartel in 2016 and worked her way up to Manager in 2018. She now provides industry insights and advice to writers via her bestselling Weekly Email Newsletter on Substack, which has over 5k subscribers. She is a regular mentor at the Stowe Story Labs, and last year she was a mentor at The Good Word Writers’ Retreat in Greece. Before working in literary management, Audrey worked for the production company behind DATING NAKED and ARE YOU THE ONE? She has a BFA in Screenwriting from Chapman University and has trained under Jen Grisanti, Corey Mandell, and Talton Wingate.
