Whether this is your mom, a husband or wife, or in this interview guest's sake, the VP of Talent Development and Outreach with Nickelodeon! The process of writing, and really overall the entertainment industry in general, is a solitary and at times, terribly frightening experience...but if you don't go it alone, and you have a mentor or someone backing you, supporting you emotionally and most importantly, believing in you, you're on your way and things will simply feel a little easier.
