ISA Returns to Park City with Table Read My Screenplay

The International Screenwriters’ Association (ISA) is thrilled to return to Park City, UT, during this year’s Sundance Film Festival, to showcase their Table Read My Screenplay winning script with a live table read.

The event will take place on Sunday, January 27th, 2019 at 12:30pm at The Fly Lounge on Main Street and is produced by Imagine Events. The Table Read will be preceded by a complimentary brunch from 11:30am-12:30pm.

After the table read, guests are encouraged to remain at the Fly Lounge for tech demos and panel events.

This year’s winning script is titled, Cannabiz, written by Shane Elizabeth. The TV Pilot follows the story of Adley Clover as she fights her way through the wild-wild west of the male-dominated cannabis industry in Denver, CO, five months before legalization in 2013.

Shane Elizabeth has a background in development and story producing for unscripted television, having worked on shows such as Anthony Bourdain's The Taste and Morgan Spurlock's 30 Days, Project Runway, and The Real World. She holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois and has completed UCLA's Graduate Programs in both Screenwriting and TV writing.

The table read will be directed by Katherine Griffin. Katherine is an Emmy winning editor and producer, known for Laddie: The Man Behind the Movies (2017), Use As Directed (2008) and Top Chef (2006).
